Delivery
All envelope orders over £20 are sent on a next day basis with the courier Citylink so these will arrive next day, Free of charge. For orders of £20 and under as well as bubble wrap orders please allow 3-5 working days for delivery or upgrade to next day delivery service for just £5 + VAT.
Guarantee
Envelopemaster will guarantee same day dispatch on all orders before 15.00HRS. Depending on which method you choose for delivery your goods could arrive next working day or with our other shipping options 72 hrs or longer.
Shipping
We always obtain proof of postage and can track the item where appropriate. We will ship to any address for you as long as you inform us by email.
Delivery of two or more items of bubble wrap normally take up to 3 days to deliver unless the next day service option is ticked at checkout.

Returns
Items despatched correctly by Envelopemaster Ltd which are no longer required by the consumer must be returned in perfect condition within 7 working days and at the consumers expense. All returns are subject to a handling fee and a restocking charge as per the companies conditions.
